If the board ignores your letter or rules against you, your next options in Florida include: requesting mediation (some HOA disputes require it before litigation), filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division if the conduct involves fraud or financial mismanagement, and filing in Florida Small Claims Court (County Court) for disputes up to $8,000.
